Looking for a newer higher end MMO
Hey all, looking for suggestions on a new MMO. Something thats not dirt old. I've played many MMORPGs in the past and thats the main thing I'm looking.
Game styles I liked include EQ1, EQ2, DAoC, Warhammer Online, Vanguard, and even WoW classic (but not such a fan of BC and WOTLK). I tend to like something a bit more towards power gamers and not handing candy to the baby as WoW and a few others have been. I like also a RvR type system like DAoC and Warhammer Online have but not so much into solo mindset pvp such as WoW's pvp system. Most of the games I have played in recent years have flopped hardcore for whatever reasons such as Vanguard no endgame content and then lack of players later. AoC simply sucked for me. Warhammer was alright but not enough pvp and to few players. I love group play and co-op stuff, so a game thats pretty much solo your way up sucks for me.
I really like the magic user / melee character type D&D class type playstyles.
Lastly I also loved Planetside other then its old and dead, so a new game that is very similiar would be nice but would mean team assault base captures with levels and weapon skills along with a wide vehicle selection.
