There is a rumor that some of the team members are leaving StarVault. Maerlyn posted and said it wasn't Sebastian.. but he didn't say that no one was leaving.

So much negativity and smartasses about, I used to value mmorpg's community a lot more.
Is it truely needed to create a topic about every newsflash and trash it after? Many people here already stated they do not like how SV operates or where Mortal Online is going, I don't get why it has to be repeated in every post or even claiming stuff people don't know shit about.
Starvaults financial reports are public knowledge, its not rocket science nor does it require a crystal ball.
Also, Since MO is publicly traded they would have to announce any "expansions". Which they haven't.

As for Mortal Online, who knows what they are doing with these positions - I've seen companies purposely make up positions to be able to boost certain aspects of statistics but like I said before who knows.
10 Days until release, we'll see what happens.
I know 1 person that is leaving specifically. They have been discussing it since November of last year with some of the previous moderators. From what I was told last year, the artist Denny is the one that is leaving once his contract is up.
Opinion? he was stating that SV doesn't have the money to hire new employee based on financial rumors. Unless my eyes decieve me it clearly states they ARE looking for new employees.
Don't get me wrong, I respect everyones 'opinion'. Starting a topic purely to trash it after with biased information baffles me though. Some dont get the impact of spreading negativity or false rumors on a forum with this amount of visitors each day. Sometimes I wonder if people really want a game to succeed or just looking for ways to bring a game down.
This is correct. Denny left because he didn't enjoy being an artist in the gaming industry and planned to do a study in a whole new direction. He personally stated on IRC that his reason to leave had nothing to with Mortal Online itself. (before the rumors start).
I really hope for the best they can expand their team and finally get to release Mortal Online in a good state.
These aren't rumors.

Y its gonna fail and its not out yet,, right, you people amaze me and say a game is gonna fail months before release, ZOMG , tera online , Star wars , everything is gonna fail n bleh bleh bleh,. I think people like to whine about every darn game out there and say its gonna fail. even if they put everything people want in a game someone would say its gonna fail..
Really wait till months after they say its gonna fail, there has been only hand full of MMO's that have failed so its kinda hard for a game to fail when everyone likes something different most games with never be a WOW as far as sales but I could care less , games like that are for mostly whiners anyways, I rather play a game with little to no people than deal with that.,
Asheron call 1 was no EQ but I never played EQ due to the fact I was busy loving AC for 7yrs so really who cares if it doesn't get slaes like WOW, but I doubt it will fail, the little I seen it won't fail, it may not be WOW sales but I have seen worse games stay online DF... is one that comes to mind..I just think people like to complain just to complain, find something you enjoy and stop bashing games .. before there are release its gets old..

If anyone thinks the value of the company stock prices equals the health of a company is a F**king Idiot. If a company can hire somebody that means they can, and does not anyone is leaving. Denny quit months ago. I think 3 or 4 months.
