Granted I needed a pci-e 2.0 version, but still. The egg only had one left and it was ugly. So I got an XFX model from amazon for $409 total.There were only 3 left when I ordered.

I am sure if you look you can find them but there are the 5970''s now.. so ya. so the price on the 5870's should go down.

Don't count on it. Without Nvidia having a card that's comparible at that price range, ATI has no reason to lower prices.
