Eve Online subscription growth in tough market

Publishers are a bit coy with thier figures, but this is a good site.

Check the 3rd graph. I don't see many other MMORPGs with a upward trending line.  And this is without any marketing (well, apart from on this site).

    only one to be gaining subscriptions consistently :)

    umm it's the only game i know of where +10k peeps were able to toast the backbone routers from cisco several times. they were smart enough to give players enough reasons to run more then 1 paid account (i had to settle with 3).

    It's not the quantity that matters but the QUALITY of the gameplay when all those players login in the same time
