so whats the crafting like in this game? is it involved like swg or is it just 2 wood plus 1 iron makes a spear?

I did some blacksmithing...got it up to 75 in the Open Beta...

Was something like that yeah.... 2 things of that + 6 copper bar + some other thing = Nice Uber thing...

Its not like in swg where you have to be hardcore tradeskiller to make a usefull item.
Most items are 2 wood + something = item
But the very uber items you can craft need items that are a bit harder to get.

well no custimization, no, but you do have to go find stuff for uber items.  First off, you have to find the instructions for that one item that allow you to make it, then you have to go find all the stuff, and then you go back to a forge and once there you can make the item.
