Hybrid Tank vs Pure Tank

I had a Pally long , long ago and enjoyed it. I currently have a Mid Warrior, just as fun. I was thinking, who , if they had to chooce, would a group take first: a Pally or a Arms? Thane or Warrior? Champ vs Hero? Its been a whle since i have been on, let alone hit a high lvl pve/pvp grp.

Ill likely roll the Pally for the solo aspect of leveling, but i was just curious. Also curious if anyone reads and replies to these forums

i have always fav the mybrids. so for me it would be this   thane over warrior.

pally over arms

champ over hero

but thats just me thou.

and yes they do lol just most of us have gotten pretty picky at times haha.

Normally I don't mind which, as long as one is free to join my group, some things require specific classes, I would take a pure tank over a hybrid if we're sieging a Keep as they get more resists, climb walls and a Warrior if RR5 they get the ability to mitigate damage so they make great first rushers into a packed Lord room where enemies are just spamming closest target and nuking.

PvE wise, I see Hybrids more usefull due to all the utility they have along with the tanking.
