In case y'all missed it, there's a new support ticket system set up.  There's a link near the bottom of the MO main page, on the left nav menu.  Assuming the site doesn't go down again, anyway

It wasn't really announced or clearly marked so I figured I'd put it here.

bump, since Maerlyn recently announced they'll be phasing out the support email in favor of the ticket system, and I know there's a few people here looking for support at the moment:
