US vs EU price

Not a thread to discuss the VAT situation, but I find it rather funny how easy someone claims it is to avoid paying extra..

"If you sign up with your address based in the US, you get a price of 39Euro.

If you sign up with your address based in the EU, you get 49Euro.

The difference is that in Euro, we pay VAT, the US do not. Dont ask me why.

ATM I cant even buy the damn game."

Its not funny, its sad. Different prices are not VAT (and US citizens have to pay something like VAT later anyway), its just that EVERY developer fuck on us in Europe and make prices higher.

Yeah in Geece is doing fine, so why not take some extra money from Europe. On the other hand its illegal in Europe to make some goods more expensive (than outside of EU) without reason, but none is punishing it.

Likely the difference in price is to account for currency differences between US and EU buyers.  Since we aren't paid in Euros we have to pay a premium to obtain them to pay our bills.
