FFA PVP with full loot ?

Just curious, is that game like Darkfall, Free for all PVP with full loot ? I like PVP i think when you get killed their should be a consequence but i just find full loot lost a bit extreme. You play for hours to gather ressources or get a new weapon only to lose it all because you get killed. So is Mortal Online like that too ?
