Account reactivated?

So, I received an e-mail that my subscription was resumed and my credit card was charged (yes, I checked the e-mail links, it's not a phishing attempt, not to mention nobody cares about stealing LOTRO accounts, their targets are WOW, BattleNet and Aion accounts, at least that's all of the phishing variations I receive on a daily basis).

Point is the CC I have registered there has already expired long ago, so I'd like to know if this is bad, or they've been reactivating everyone's account so they can bait them into enjoying the P2P version until they add their item shop.

Did anyone else have their account mysteriously reactivated?

No email and mine wasn't and yes it could be bad. 

You need to contact Turbine and let them know this wasn't something you did.  Otherwise at the worse end of the scale they could claim you did it (theft of goods with no intention of paying) and ban your account.

Someone may have gotten ahold of your info and is running a low cost check to see if the card is any good.  Check with your bank and see if they can pull up where the charge originated from.
