Death to MMO

I use to play MMO like star wars galaxies, Eve, Conan The Barbarian, Lord Of The Rings, and Star Trek online but not worth the time or money anymore due to several reasons

1. slow content updates

2. guilds, kinships or always to big so alot of good players get left out of the game raids and other group activities

3. guilds, kinships, people do not know what the meaning of the two words mean

4. the drunks, drug users that destrpoy the game only time they come on is when they or stoned or drunk and making nothing but drama and being stupid when onlinee

5. Kids and Teens 20 and yoounger ruin the playing experiance in mmos

6. The people that think they or gamers and can never depend on them to be online when the wars go on

Always been the case, always will be.

    2. guilds, kinships or always to big so alot of good players get left out of the game raids and other group activities

I seen some games limit guild size for this reason, but it leads to having to play hardcore or get booted. Guilds could just pace themselves on the new recruits. but I don't see that ever happening, and it's not like the limits on player presence for a lot of content is going to change, and I don't see why it should. In the old days you could zerg the hell out of 'epic' bosses on the open field, and I never saw the point of interest in waiting for something that long just to kill it fast.

    3. guilds, kinships, people do not know what the meaning of the two words mean

Guilds are cloistered groups of people who are looking out for their own interests by unionizing, usually tradesmen. Kinships, Linkshells, Clans and other pseudonyms are indifferent to settings in which they do not exist, but will share the same outcome.

    4. the drunks, drug users that destrpoy the game only time they come on is when they or stoned or drunk and making nothing but drama and being stupid when onlinee

I find those kinds of people funny, because someone causing drama is usually someone who will do it whether they are drunk, stoned or not. In the cases where being faded causes drama in a guild, it's because of someone jumping on their case about it, a sober one, and I've seen many vent arguements where a prudent puckerhole is more at fault than the guy stuttering.

    5. Kids and Teens 20 and yoounger ruin the playing experiance in mmos

I've ran into bigger jagoffs in their 30's. It's not like age makes a person change, but it will give them better practice at what they do.

You worded this one strangely, I'm not gonna bother.

    Yeah! Burn the mmo!

She turned me into a newt!

    1. For god's sake mmo gamers, enough with the analogies. They're unnecessary and your comparisons are terrible, dissimilar, and illogical.

    2. To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself.

    3. Yes, Cpt. Obvious, we're not industry experts. Now run along and let the big people use the forums for their purpose.

     Conan the Barbarian.

Vault-Tec analysts have concluded that the odds of worldwide nuclear armaggeddon this decade are 17,143,762... to 1.

    1. slow content updates

Game developers have lives too, so we need to understand that they will not be able to (nor should they be able to) create content as fast as some WoW-trained people blitz through content. There is the legitimate question of how long is too long for a content update but you don't address that here.

    2. guilds, kinships or always to big so alot of good players get left out of the game raids and other group activities

This is conflating two problems, guilds becoming large and faceless as well as guilds being incredibly cliquey and only concerned about their own. Some games are better at dealing with this than others and that goes without saying, however the problem is not guilds being too big but a combination of people having the 'lol it's just a game, who cares' attitude becoming rather the norm along with guilds simply becoming more and more insular. Both of these are a problem and both of these, at root, have a genuine lack of care for other people as their root. If I don't care about you in any way whatever I don't care if I screw off, it's just a game, and on the other hand if I don't care about you in any way whatever I'm not going to give you a shot with my guild. It's a vicious cycle that needs to stop.

    3. guilds, kinships, people do not know what the meaning of the two words mean

What two words? Do you mean that people don't know what 'guild' and 'kinship' mean or are you trying to imply something else? It's incredibly difficult to tell because you seem to write with a hammer, but we'll infer that you mean guilds and kinships. People, as a whole, don't seem to be concerned with anything beyond their own personal enjoyment and, since that will require people from time to time, it tends to extend in a very limited way to their guildmates. This, of course, seems to largely be directed to particular guildmates and very rarely toward newer members. That said, you do have a point.

    5. Kids and Teens 20 and yoounger ruin the playing experiance in mmos

It is a MMOG, at least, not a MMO. A MMO is a Massive Multiplayer Online, it's not a game, it's not even an understandable phrase. Pay more attention to the way you use words and people will be more inclined to give you the benefit of the doubt instead of simply lashing out.

That said, you have a minor point here but it is simply that, minor. Children (and parents) that violate the ESRB guidelines are problematic for many gamers, even those in their own age group, and 20-somethings aren't much better, generally. However, it's a gross overgeneralisation to blame age when people of all ages are quite guilty of not giving half a damn about the community that plays their game. Yes, younger people are more likely to be less mature but who can you say is setting a good example within the game? Who is taking the time to help their guildmates, encourage people to be better players and overall make the game experience more fun? It's on all of us, it's not simply younger players.

My comments are, mostly, in red. You'll notice I didn't answer 4 and 6 because they were so poorly formed and informed statements that they simply do not deserve to be addressed. You make a few minor points in the other statements, however they are minor and your lack of attention to not only what you are saying but how you are saying it force the reader to reform your argument for you. That's neither fair nor helpful. If you are going to merely opine you should take it elsewhere. Finally, if English is not your first language please say so in the beginning of your post so we can give you the benefit of the doubt that you would justly deserve. If, however, English is your first language there is no excuse for such poorly worded sentences. No one is asking for a perfectly grammatically correct posting but I don't think I'm alone in saying that learning the basics of sentence structure and punctuation will help you get a few steps further in life.

(1)TL:DR must be your way of saying that thinking hurts. Then again, this may explain why it looks like you responded to the post without using your brain.
    (2) It's not about community, is it? You just have nothing better to do.

That is true, there are a few sophisticated teens that play (Do not generalize as it is unfair to those who have an identity and personality which do not reflect the stereotype) and have a keen sense of humor.
