There's finaly a good reason to re-roll an alt. With this new content aiming at 11-40 this should now give us new ways to level up.

I did some of the Serpent Lantern content yesterday and while it was cool, it's just a series of instances for you or your group, so, unlike the desert, Canada, and MC, you won't see anybody else in this area. At least the area I've been in to this point.
