Anyone got their refund from D2D recently?

Hi guys,I'm not starting a flame post, just personal question because I don't think I can afford more games this month.
I had pre-order the game and used the Key to the city event. Can I get the refund from them? or Anyone did get their refund recently? Also, I will like to ask what can I do in order to get their refund from D2D? through email?

Just for reference, I just got my refund within 1 hour when I ask for refund.
GOOD JOB D2D I'm very impressed. I will buy from you guys in the future again !
