Saw it on another forum, apparently it's really popular in Japan. So basically every girl in the video is an Japanese adult filmstar. Lol, you should read some of the comments people left. Scary thing, the toon is kind of catchy...

It's just a music video, in a language I don't speak. Maybe it's supposed to be funny if you speak Japanese? From the hand gestures, it looks like it might be..... but I still don't speak Japanese..... so uh...... yeah.......
