ok i think this is all right but need some conformation:

XFX Geforce Fx5200 AGP8x 256MB DDR DVI TV-Out

so is this good .. will it run the game ?

Yes, you can play WoW with something as low as a Geforce3, though of course it depends on the rest of the hardware in your PC. If you are thinking of buying a new card, i could list some good cards.

The graphics on this game are so super light on the compy that pretty much every video card can run this thing at max specs. I seriously cannot make my compter lag up while playing this game. It's very nice.

Preferences rules the day. Despite that fact, Geforce 6800LE(not counting 6600GT agp, since its not in stores yet) is most likely the best card for AGP slots, in terms of performance for the price. If you do have a motherboard that supports PCI-Express, or is about to get one, the 6600 series are great.

On a second thought i don't want to make a complete list of cards, i'd rather answer from requests(tell me how much you want to spend on a card and/or what you want to use it for) - the video card market is big enough to get lost in, especially with prices that varies according to where it is ordered from.

how much you willing to spend, i would advice not unbuckling much, save and move to a new system, an nfroce 4 or ati xpress based one, where you'll go pci xpress with lots of processing power and its not ultiamtely expensive
