Pre orders get July Beta Access?

I know I read in an interview somewhere that if you preorder you would get a code for beta sometime in July but none of the websites offering preorders say anything about it. Anyone know anything?

Closed beta is just starting so I doubt you'll see an open beta offer any time soon.
I'm trying to find the interview..wish I could rememebr where I read it, but the SE devleopers said in the interview that preordering with certain companies would include beta access for sometime in July.. I'll post the interview when I can find it..

How is it a trap? I give up for now I can't find it anywhere : I know I read it in a interview somewhere very recently.. the day the european version was announced for the 22nd and ps3 was pushed to march...
Ah nevermind I think I must of misread part of the article.. although I still can't seem to find the interview.. other sites seem to be saying it like this..
A beta version of the PC game will go live some time in early July. It will become available to pre-order with key retailers at some point today. Those who pre-order will receive another in-game freebie – a pair of Garlond Goggles that increases the speed at which characters progress.
