PKing Legend: Interview on

Today I interviewed the PKing legend himself, one of Tiger's most Hated and Fierce players out there, yep, it's ßoTaK! He'll be sharing some of his PKing adventures with you right now and here, enjoy!



Ben: Hey ßoTaK, how are you today?

ßoTaK: I'm super dooper! And yourself?



Ben: Good thanks, to start off would you mind telling me a little bit about yourself?

ßoTaK: Sure thing, well my name's Nick, I'm 22 years old and I've been playing on the Tiger server since 2003. I have a great job which is somewhat private, but I also have a daughter on the way, she is due on October, I'm very excited!



Ben: Oh, congratulations! Have you thought of a name for her yet?

ßoTaK: Yes, Alessandra, I'm fully Italian, so it's a very long name with lots of vowels, I won't dare spell it out, ha.



Ben: Haha, ok well I think we've covered that part pretty fast, so what do you do in your spare time?

ßoTaK: I like to spend most of my spare time with my girlfriend and family; in this day and age I think strong family ties is important.



Ben: Yeah, I think so too, so can you tell me a bit about your time playing Conquer?

ßoTaK: Sure, I have been playing for roughly 7 years, in that time I've made a lot of friends but even more enemies! Ha, you see my best attribute is PKing, I LOVE IT! I live for PK you can say, I started out with a Water fastblader in CO 1.0 then a Trojan and now a Ninja, which I LOVE! I'm Wat-War-Nin but I will soon make him pure ninja cause Belli is currently at war with mostly the entire server, me and my GL Virga stand our ground but it's hard when all our enemies have 1,000 more Water Taos to revive them. I guess you can say I'm "Loved by few, Hated by many".

Ben: So you love PKing, I see haha! Do you think this server suits you for PKing?

ßoTaK: Well to be honest, yes and no, yes there are many enemies and no since it's very 1 sided. I would LOVE for us to merge with another Wild Kingdom server, that would be amazing! I can mostly PK everyone, the only ones I have difficulty with are the bunny jumping Fire Taos with full +12, it's hard to get more than 1 twofold off, they never stand still.



Ben: So when did you begin to like PKing over everything else in the game?

ßoTaK: Well in Conquer 1.0, you could PK in Twin City, I used to have a strategy to PK people while they upgraded their items in Twin City, not the nicest thing to do, but I made a fortune doing it, along with enemies ha! And when you PK'd a red named their items dropped on the floor for you to loot and sell in market, that was amazing! Although CP's for items now is cool with me! In one month I usually make 5-10 DB's from PKing red names/black names and claiming their CP's.



Ben: Sounds almost like a plan, is that how you started off getting all your gears or was there another way?

ßoTaK: Yeah that was the start of it all, then friends quitting and donating to me and I'm good at marketing, buying and re-selling. But killing red names/black names is my best source of income, lol.





Ben: From your experience what was the funniest PK you've ever got?

ßoTaK: Hmm the funniest PK... It would have to be a Fire Tao by the name of AdrlAnO, he and I are the WORST of enemies, we hate each other to put it nicely lol. He killed me in Bird Island (the PK spot for Tiger) and was mocking me and typing then my friend logged in his Water Tao and revived me and I PK'd him, he dropped his +12 Cap -7% damage 2 sock, lol, that's 1270 CP's for me! He didn't play for 2 days after that, it was amazing ha! He was red named obviously Always carry a Pent, Amulet, ALWAYS!







Ben: Haha! That's pretty hilarious, how about your worst PK experience?

ßoTaK: I don't have many of those, lol, but I did lose an item once in Frozen Grotto F6, I twofolded about 6 enemy +12 characters, then as I was about to scroll, one used revive here and was jumping after me, I clicked to jump on my +12 steed and as I did that he zapped me critical and I went off the mount and lost my +6 boots lol, was no biggy, ya win some, ya lose some, I win mostly ha!



Ben: That would have been devastating to me to be honest, but a question that I need to ask is what is your favorite PK event?

ßoTaK: Hmm well I know a few new events came out recently which I haven't had a look at, but I must say PKing at Guild War every weekend is a blast! Even though it is 1 sided right now, I still enjoy using Shrukin Vortex at the pole and watching over 50 people die all around me.

Ben: Guild War sounds very fun as a ninja, I might think of making one myself actually, but how have subclasses helped you in PKing and what new subclasses would you like to see?

ßoTaK: Well I do like the DETOX subclass which makes fog usage reduce down to nothing. If I could make my own subclass it would be one that for a limited amount of time gives high magic resistance since the only people that give me issues are the Fire Taos, or maybe like a knockback subclass that pushes the target away from you like Dash but on a larger scale.



Ben: And what would you like to tell new players and other PKers out there?

ßoTaK: To all new players, don't give up! Save your extra cash and buy Dragonballs! And to all PKers like me, no matter how much people tell you you're a cheater cause you kill people so much, just reply "It's called skill, try to get some!" Practice makes perfect, I've been playing for 7 years now I know I'm a good PKer by now lol.
