Heroes of Three Kingdoms: Closed Beta Begins July 13th

Perfect World Entertainment has announced that its history-based title, Heroes of Three Kingdoms, will be entering its closed beta phase of development on July 13, 2010. In Heroes of Three Kingdoms, players take part in a pivotal battle during China's Han Dynasty.

The Battle of Red Cliff, also known as Chi Bi, took place during the late Han Dynasty. This decisive battle marked the beginning of the Three Kingdoms era. This battle pitted two warlords against the country's most fabled general, with forces numbering 50,000 vs. 240,000 respectively, with more than 100,000 casualties.

Great, another asian grindfest...why do they insist on just pumping out IP's that are all clones of eachother with the same mechanics just different texture skins? Do asian gamers really enjoy so much mediocre games?

Actually it has some features that you won't find in a "generic asian grindfest" but since you didn't even bother to search on the game but just posted bs I won't explain to the likes of you.

Boy, didn't know they had armored freaking unicorns back in the good ol' Han dynasty. Could they at least, ya know, TRY to be consistent with their chosen setting?

95 % sure it's open pvp cause of the name but at least it will have many modes for people that like pvp (ship battles apart of land,ecc)

Not my type (cause of open pvp) but at least the newest games well mostly are adding more stuff into them.

Yeah probably they got similar names, but I read some were that this game will have ships (I think also customizable) you can travel on maybe not exactly ship battles but dunno.

Open pvp with Perfect World means how much you want to spend to be competitive.  Can't be sure this game will be that way, but I have seen nothing to indicate that it won't.    Just have to wait and see, but don't hold your breath.

It's a quest based MMO,  you will never need to grind to level. Do you research before you post your dumb comment. Another Asian grindfest? I'll say another dumb post.stereotype Asian game.
