Alexander

I just saw this movie last night, and I must say that these bad reviews of it are complete bullsh!t. It was an awesome movie and was probobly better than the first Lord of the Rings movie. Anyone else seen it? I think the only reason that it was rated poorly was because Alexander was gay.

I hope it's not too obvious...

I mean, I was going to go see that movie from a historical point of view, not a sexual one! Frankly, I don't care if he was gay, but why did the movie directors have to put it in there!

Well...Not just critics rated it poorly. Alot of people who went to go see it said it was horrendous.

Oliver Stone is going to be screwed in the movie business. I mean what was the last movie that was good, and that he made a profit on, JFK?

Gladiator was perfect historically though. Exactly as it happened back then.

    (sarcasm off)

Heh, they even put in some fictional 4-shot crossbow weapon. And his gladius said "Gladiator" where it should usually say "SPQR"

lol i wasn't even going to get started on gladiator because at least it wasn't supposed to be based on an actual historical person. I atleast let my wife watch that one in peace(one of the few "historical" movies that i do)

saw it last night, its easily the gayest movie ive seen this year, even the battles in the movie were boring, and there was a little to much man on man action going on
