Here are the notes for the 6 July patch:

Version 1.17.32.45 – Release

2010-07-06

Patch Size: ~48 MB

Notice: We can't stress this enough. When the launcher is running the patch installer, let it run its course. It will take some time to apply the patch and it might seem like the installer is doing nothing, but it is working. If you reboot or kill the patcher process you run the risk of corrupting you installation, forcing you to do a full reinstall.

------ ADDITIONS & CHANGES ------

Equipment Weight:

Remade the Equipment Weight Calculation so it performs better. The weight values are now roughly back to where they were prior to the .44 patch. These changes do not affect the equipment weight penalties. The Equipment Weight Penalties themselves have received more balancing.

With these changes we also made some changes to the Profile GUI:

Carry and Equipment Weight will now be displayed as: 1/2(3)

Where:

1 is your current weight.

2 is your "free-carry weight" meaning that this how much you can carry before you start to get penalties.

3 is your Max Weight.

Added "Encumbrance"% indicator to the profile window, this shows you how much penalties in % you get on certain actions based on how much Equip Weight and Carry Weight you currently have. 100% means you can't move or jump.

General:

- MurderCount and IConsiderMySins will now show the time left until you lose your next murder count.

- Added a 1 second destroy item timer, you can now only destroy 1 item/sec.

- Added a "damaged" destroy timer. Each time you get hit you need to wait 20 seconds before you can destroy anything.

- Deleting items will now turn of Auto Running.

- You now resurrect with 20% of your max-health instead of 100%.

- You can no longer move an equipped item directly to the bank.

- Added a new "silent" use timer, this timer will not stun your character but will control how often you can do certain actions.

- Removed stun-timer on leave combat-mode and replace it with a silent-timer. (still 0.5s to enter 1.5s to leave)

- Removed stun-timer on equip/unequip weapons and replaced it with a silent-timer. (still 2.0s)

- Reduced the stun-time when selling/purchasing items from vendors from 3s to 1s.

- You will no longer leave combat mode when you equip a different weapon. However, if you switch from a melee weapon to ranged weapon/unarmed you will exit combat mode.

- Mounting/Dismounting will now force you out of combat mode.

AI & Mounts:

- Creature population increased in Myrland. Instead of lowering the re-spawn time, we added more creatures across Myrland to balance it out. We want to encourage players moving around when they hunt. We don't want you standing in one spot for hours killing the same creature over and over.

- Following for creatures that are attacking players should now work better. We are still tweaking this system.

- The time interval between giving pet commands has been decreased.

- Pets should now more smoothly follow its target.

- The running speed of pets following targets should now be limited to at fastest the pets maximum native run speed.

Combat:

- Added the new swing-melee-system to mounted melee combat.

Magic:

- Charging spells while mounted now takes longer compared to being unmounted.

- You can no longer charge or release a spell when you are riding at the highest speed.

- If you alter your mounts movement (turning, stopping or speed change) while charging a spell it will now auto-fizzle.

------ BUG FIXES ------

General:

- Jump height will now be affected by equipment weight (instead of turning jumping completely off when you have to much equipment weight).

- Possible fix for the odd Attribute Points issue some people had when resurrecting while red.

- Loot-bags will now correctly show its flag again when targeted.

- Fixed a crash involving the book-window.

- Removed odd lines when you cast magic and mount horses.

- You will no longer see players that are still getting loaded jumping up on their mounts when they are already mounted.

- Bow-weight now fixed at 1 instead of 6. This is temporary until the proper Bow Weight calculations are corrected.

AI & Mounts:

- Fixed an issue where pets gained faster move speed for each time they moved across nodes.

- Pets should get stuck between zones less frequently now, but we are continuing work on this for better results.

- Resolved an issue where pet did not spawn after tamer logs in after server reboot.

Art & Sound:

- Graphical issues fixed throughout Myrland.

- Separated storage NPC's in Morin Khur and minimized chance to get stuck in storage floors. (For real this time!)

- You can no longer fall through the ground in Minotaur cave (For real this time!)

Magic:

- You now gain experience in "Mental Focus" when casting spells.

- You now gain experience in "Mental Offense" when casting spells.

Skills & Attributes:

- Book gain while offline should now work as intended again.

- Fixed an issue with Arcronite Lore that prevented book reading and gaining the material itself via extracting materials.

------ KNOWN ISSUES ------

- We are working on the insta-log, it will be resolved shortly. We are awaiting an update from Epic that we need in order to completely eliminate the issue.

- We have located the issue that causes items to turn into ?, skills randomly decreasing and most likely why the skill pool goes negative. A fix for these issues is on the way.

- Pets cannot attack or follow targets over zone nodes. This is currently being worked on.

- A person resting will be shown as standing up. Silly mistake that will get fixed asap.

More issues can be found on the bug tracker.
