One thing to be aware of, if you saw time on the accounts after they were returned to you and you actually played using that time, then it gives Blizzard a reasonable claim that you played and that you should pay because you played.
If you did not play on the time given by what was probably a stolen CC number then you have a reasonable claim to not have to pay for the time used ny the scammer.
And yes to another question, Authenticators can be bypassed.
Get your authenticator displayed password, wait 30 sec before using it. By the time the hacker gets it, assuming he blocks your transmission, he has no valid time left to try to log onto your account.
If you type your authenticator generated password correctly, and got a failed log in couple times, you should smell trouble and stop trying. Time to do scanning? or try another possibly clean PC?
You should not have to pay for it you were not playing the game during the time period paid for by the charged-back card. Of course, you will have to prove you were not playing. The more massive a company gets, the worse their support will be in this regard. Odds are, you will end up paying it or losing your account for good.

It is not hard to beat that hacker.
