Hi all,
Ive just hit level 80 with my enhancement shaman, and have a few gears that i can gem with.
However reading on those help forums, like wow official and elite jerks, i still dont understand what they means.
They say you have to hit the spell cap first, so how do i calculate that? May i have a definite number?
Than follow by the expertise cap, if im not wrong should be 26?
And the rest all goes to AP and Haste?
Currently im all gem with AP.
Thanks...

Elitist Jerks is a site designed for experienced players who want to get the absolute most out of their characters.
For a newish player, I'd suggest getting basic info from somewhere like wowwiki, such as the page below:
http://www.wowwiki.com/Shaman_PvE_guide
Read the section "The Raiding Shaman - Enhancement", and come back here if there's anything you still don't understand.
I don't play an enhancement shaman, but from looking at the info myself, it looks as if the hit cap for shaman specials is very low, and should be very easy to reach as you pick up a few upgrades. So I'd suspect most newish shaman might want to concentrate more on reaching the expertise cap.

Elitist jerks is a bit hardcore.
As enhancement shaman you'll want to focus on Agility, Attack power and 'to hit'. because you are duel-wielding, you need a good bit of hit until you are 'hit capped', and not being capped is a big decrease in dps on boss fights. Armor penetration and expertise are two other stats you can gem for, but probably Hit will give you the biggest dps increase..
Without knowing your race or what weapons you're using, I'm going to make these suggestions:
First you need at most 17 expertise if you've got 3/3 unleashed rage
Second, your hit rating needs will vary. If you're just running dungeons, 158 is the most you need. If you're raiding 446.
Keep in mind both first and second points are assuming you're playing a horde character that's not an orc not dual wielding axes. Those numbers drop significantly if you are and axe wielding orc or if you're a draenai or have access to one.
After you reach the above magic numbers, everything else into agility and haste.
Take it for what it's worth, but prior to quitting WoW not too long ago I was an ICC raiding enhance shaman.

Just starting to raid to get emblem of triumph so that i will have good enough gear for heroic, i think this is the way to go?
