Looking for guild pvp game with maybe player owned structures
Hey guys I'm looking for a game that focuses heavily on guild pvp, and what I mean by heavy is a game where you can control player owned structures and maybe take them over maybe not. I want a game where we can keep the structures even if we lose I want to be a guildmaster and get into the whole guild thing, if you see what I mean, please reply, thankies.

No structures, but the best Guild PvP is Guild Wars. Was hooked on it for 4 years. Some of the best times EVER!
ya that's nice but I want more, and what I mean by more is more risk, and more gain, like darkfall almost but I can't afford the game
Darkfall is your best choice.
There is no other game worth playing besides Darkfall if you want a sandbox with player-made structures to protect and conquor imo. This game is fun as hell because of the risk vs reward and the challenge involved. It is a FPS/MMORPG in a fantasy setting and has the largest no-instanced open world. The combat in this game is why most people are hooked but it can take awhile to learn how to play.
You would be most challenged as a guild leader in this game. You can sponsor community events which this game totally has the tools and support for and there are a lot of ways to compete with other clans.
You should not just join this game and start recruiting people unless you have 2 accounts (so one can leave clan to AFK craft or trade in 'good' cities no matter where you are in the world) or if you are willing to move to a chaos city right away so that all races can join your clan as you build it. I would highly recommend not starting a new clan while 'good' because you will actually have a lot more problems where the towers are to protect you. The reason for this is because this game is primarily PVP and clan vs clan so the towers will not protect you if another clan declares war with you.
The most successful clan should probably start out in a chaos city imo but I guess it depends on what you want.
- You can invite anyone from any race to live with them without the race vs race
- You will not be declarred war by the PK clans who grief the 'good' clans in 'good' NPC cities.
- You will learn how to survive faster and work together in a chaos city over an NPC city because there will be nothing to protect you but you and your team.
Personally I like to leave clan when I am in NPC cities so that I can AFK craft . .. that is how dangerous they can be if you are clanned. Chaos citys can form their own community pretty fast with a silent pact because they are living in the same spot and want PKs out. If you are going to live in one and are respectful to others living there than you may have less problems than a 'good' NPC city.
This is just my opinion but in this game there are no safe spots completely which makes it exciting and it matters when you die so you can get quite the adrenaline rush!
This game has a good balance of PVP and PVE. There are people who do not enjoy PVP and still love this game the best. There are a lot of things that it has to offer besides PVP as long as you have the imagination to create a good path for yourself because the DEVs are not going to do it for you. Freedom. Sandbox. Unpredictible. This game will piss you off sometimes but give you a lot of joy at other times. There are no quest-chains that you are forced down.
A lot of people play this game without direction. This is where a good clan leader steps in . ..

No game with those features is free to play. Anyhow the following games pop to mind, Wurms Online, Darkfall and EvE Online
Have you looked into EVE Online? It's basically like that, lots of risk with equal or greater reward, takes a little bit to get into the position of owning your on corporation(Guild) but i guarantee you, you will fight other corps and own POS's(Player Owned Structures) and you will have other corps after the POS more than likely. Just look the game up.

Eve is the best choice. Id say hit up darkfall but the game isn't very good regardless of what a few devotees that can't let go will say.

Darkfall is boring... hunting players can be a rush, but there is little comment besides that.
You could try Mortal Online... im about to take the plunge, but I feel like I may regret it. Oh well. No F2P game is going to have those features, sorry mate.
Eve is fun, very steep learning curve, but if you can manage it then the game is a blast. Also its cheaper than most p2p mmo's

With Dark Age of Camelot on the outs, Darkfall is your best bet for guild based PvP with guild owned structures.
Well an Ultima Onine is still out there. I'm pretty sure the majority of people agree that Renaissance killed it. As far as it being a viable guild based pvp game with player constructed structures.
