For someone in the know, you seem to be highly confused about 3ED party billing.
Did you also know, that when you bought the game, you had to apply a key to your account? Schocking I know.

For the initial setup, yes, that's expected. Because you can buy the box, download from steam, directly, etc.
But when I do refill from my account page I expect to see a direct transaction, without a need go through some extra steps.
As I already said, the idea of the key is legitimate when they sell game time cards at walmart and 7-11. But in this case they should request the key at the payment page. Because this is the most common user experience currently.
I am speculating here, not sure at if they do have resellers or they just plain innovative idiots.
The "third party billing" justification is laughable at best. Any online store project would start with the integration of the billing solution into the website.
If they would go with the standard design, they wouldn't have all that "spam folder" hassle and lost customers. I know, I know, we are minority, bla-bla-bla. This minority can become very valuable in a few months.
So you are saying that because you didn't read anything while you were ordering, and missed the highly legible key, complete with instructions of what to do with it.
The system sucks.
Got it.
Not getting your e-mail is one thing, but you have gone off the deep end here to do nothing but "get back" at the game that supposedly wrong you.
This is why you went to a 3ed party site (that, BTW has no connection to RTW, and it also requires a new user name and password) to complain instead of simply posting on the OF that would have solved your issues in maybe a few moments.
All because you read nothing, and expected it to appear in your account, even though it said it would not on just about every step of the way.
Its also, not the current user experoiance, most games that use a point system work this way. There is no subscription optio to this game, and its done threw a 3ed party billing site.
You have done little but insuilt people trying to help you sence the first page. GG!

Unfortunately for me, I tried to give RTW the benefit of the doubt and purchased some points. But now I can't even get the site to recognize that so I can trade for gametime. >.<
Everyday it's some new problem with their websites it seems.
They are charging your card, which itself takes several hours, and then no delivery of the points. Maybe they do it Mon to Fri only. So you pay to not play. Seems to be a new model, FTP, PTP, and now PTNP.
No response to support requests either. So it was my first and last payment to that bunch of assholes.
I didn't have any problems. Are you sure you did it the right way with the Key and all?

Steps to buy points:
Goto the billing agency.
Create an account.
Spend money.
Copy key.
Apply it to your account.
Profit.

Very smart. Grats.

1. Did not ask for any help.
2. Try to read your weblogs first.
