About the monthly fee.......

I am confused!!! Two things:

1.Can you pay the monthly fee in £'s?????

2.Is there a minimumtime that you have to keep on paying for the game or can you stop paying and playing at any time?????

Any responses in this forum or to azlee@btinternet.com would be greatly appreiceiated

This is a simple on. Yes you should be able to pay in your own currency. There is a European Version of FFXI and you can just subscribe to that. What will most likely happen is that you will pay in your currency, and the bank or something in between will perform the necessary currency exchange for you. Therefore, you do not have to do any of the work in between. Just supply the necessary credit card information and you will be off to explore Vanadiel.

Secondly, you can play to whenever you want. For example, if you played from January 1 to March 19th, then you will pay for January, February and the pro rated fee in March I believe. I am not sure about this. You either pay in full 12.95 US or just a percentage of it since you didn't play for the entire month. I am guess you have to pay in full so there isn't any abuse of the payment system.
