My account got hacked a few months ago. Turbine tossed me an email letting me know my account was hacked (I'd stopped playing the game at that point), suspended it, but after I called in and confirmed my identity they reset my password and reopened the account.
Frankly I made out like a bandit, not only had my characters not been stripped (my highest at that time was lvl 34) but the hacker had been using my account to funnel his stolen/farmed gold. Turbine let me keep the gold, I think it was over 30g.
Which number did you call? I just called account support and told them everything, they said that they only deal with billing support, he looked at my account and told me to email in-game again and they should lift the suspension. :S
I have lost access to my account again, I do not know how this is happening but I emailed Turbine requesting I provide security information to reset my password. I received a reply which totally ignored my request and the email was about my account suspension not being lifted, this is the worst support I have ever encountered, even SOE support was not this bad. My card information is on the account and everything and Turbine will not even reply to my emails properly.
Wait does this mean that they gave you access back and you didn't immediately change your password the second you got back in. If so it's no wonder they are ignoring you now.
They have not helped me get my information back once, the first time I had to provide them with original CC information, I changed my password and all secret information but my account information has been lost again and they are totally ignoring my requests to get the information back.

If you changed your information and your account got hacked again then you system is compromized. you likely have a keylogger of some sort on your system. If that is the case it doesn't matter how many times they reset your account it will just continue to be hacked.

Or maybe they did their job investigated your claims and seen the same geographical Ip address accessing the account consistently.

If you changed your information and your account got hacked again then you system is compromized. you likely have a keylogger of some sort on your system. If that is the case it doesn't matter how many times they reset your account it will just continue to be hacked.
