Demotion System for STO?

If You Respawn more than 3 times will you ever be demoted  to the next lower tier of ships?

Star Trek cannon - Admirals can be "DEMOTED"

There is "NO DEMOTION IMMUNITY" lifetime subs - so don't even go there

    This would never work, the Difficulty slider + penalty alone are so damn unbalanced and unfair, this would be then punnishing the user further for the developers shoddy balancing in PvE.

    As much as I'd love Demotions, it only really makes sense in a PvP/RvR realm, so long as the developers are actively dictating and screwing up damages + respawn rates (on Elite Mode respawning is completely fucked up, enemies respawn faster than they die.. its stupid and unfair) then I don't see it ever being possible.

    I don't see it happening- not now, and most likely not ever. But It wouldn't be a bad idea- its just something that the developer is lacking in experience to know how to implement that isn't broken.
