Grrr cant access Beta

in Final Fantasy XIV

Why is my Beta email telling em to go to Beta site, then wont let me in and when i try to register my beta i need a code...which they havent given me :(

did get email on 12 jul but due to a death and all that stuff not been able to log in until tonight :( and I cant log in

    Beta phase 2 is over, next phase will start maybe next week, you can check the status of the beta in http://twitter.com/FF_XIV_EN

    It's down right now bud. Phase 2 just ended, phase 3 starting soon.

    Someday we'll all look back on the age of computers - and lol.

    Many people had the same problem you did....got the beta email, telling them to log in, but they can't.  I don't think there was a solution, and most contacted SEs support...but last I heard, none of them still can't access the site.

    You shouldn't need a code as the Square Enix account/email that you signed up for the beta with should be flagged.

    Try logging in to the following link; https://dev-na.ffxiv.com/  using your Square Enix login details.  This will take you to the test site.

    You do no t need a code.  Go to the website that the above poster gave and you enter the square enix ID that you signed up for beta with along with your password.

    They are also right when saying that phase 2 of beta is done and they will be opening phase 3 here soon.

    Also, attached with the beta invite e-mail should be the same website that the above poster gave.

    tried accessing test site, keeps saying account is not registered and need to register it, problem is as said, need code to activate it from my Enix account :(

    Beta invites aren't retracted from inactivity, so if you indeed got your invite on July 12, then you are in. You won't be able to play right now with the servers down, but if the problem is that you can't log in to the Beta Test site, then I'd recommend contacting SE. When I first got my invite I couldn't log in either, but then I read my email more closely and it gave me the date that I'd be able to log in at. I just overlooked it due to my excitement. Read your acceptance email closely, and ensure all your information is correct.

    Your email should tell you when you can log in to the site. You have to wait till SE activates your account. Just give it some time. Beta3 hasn't even started yet.

    I had a problem as well when I first tried to access the beta site.

    It said something about linking/registering my account to something.

    I went to the FFXIV support website/ which is also the ffxi support website and put in a ticket.

    They never got back to me, but within a day or 2, I was able to log into the website, and then the game as well.

    I am entitled to my opinions, misspellings, and grammatical errors.

    have raised ticket for access as it was suppsoed to start beta2 :(

    man waht a month, first the hotmail account gets hacked (finally got it back) then the gf dad decides to expire and hence no time to even beta if i wanted to :(
