It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!
Now this is something that looks very interesting to us, especially to those of us who sometimes need more help finding friends (and foes!) within MMO’s.
MMOPeople, run by Online Ocigrup (http://www.mmopeople.com) is a social networking service integrated with facebook specifically aimed at MMO players. The main goal of MMOPeople is to connect gamers from all walks of life.
With it’s Facebook integration, you simply log in via Facebook, and it will help you connect to friends that are part of the service already. Even if your friend changes games, it will alert you to what else they are playing!
Within MMOPeople, you can create and manage guilds, guild events, and all the normal MMO features. Combined with the Facebook integration, it may be easier to coordinate the real world with the virtual one using tools such as this.
Having only recently launched, their website is not showing many users just yet. however this will be a service to watch and try out.
Stay tuned for more coverage on MMOPeople as NoWorriesGaming tries out their services (and Abe possibly starts using Facebook again!)

Would be cool if it had nothing to do with facebook... imo
Yep.
I'd sooner trust a homeless crack addict with my identity and several non-limited credit cards, than trust Facebook with anything more than a half-fictional name and completely fictional location and religion.
First 2 toons i see:
Class: Mago
Race: Humano
Gender: Masculino
Class: Druida
Race: Tauren
Gender: Femenino
along with other spanish jibberish. Oh and in the biography of one guy you see this:
"Information
BR BR BR BR BR BR BR BR BR BR!!!"
No thanks.
I think I'll pass.
