what cheating exactly was being done? every game always ahs and always will ahve cheating, until we get cool holodecks programmes like Star Trek

If you enter the right words google gives back a lot of pages that already offer someone Levelservice and Gil for FF14 it is depressing. Part of me wishes that these companies get for once really crushed. Is tehre anything offical about what Square wants to do?
Honestly there is rarely something worse to enter a game and get welcomed with gilspam offer.
I see it as this way.
Would I, Willingly, give my Credit card and security details to some random person on the street?
People need to get it into their heads that Credit Card numbers to these gold sellers tend not to be covered under DPA and are used (more often than not) to commit Credit Card fraud etc.
Anyway I much prefer to play a game by myself

Unfortunately no game is safe from the gold seller/power leveling business. I remember in Aion seeing spams since beta.
lulz the kind of people that run mmo money farms arent going to just not take your cc info and rape it for all its worth, theyll charge you inane tiney sums like 15 cents a day, every day, until you finally catch on and cancle the card years later, and some of them may go for the quick kill, charging your daily limit, daily, until you cancle the card. this is why anyone that admits to actually regularly buying curency will tell you they only use paypal with the deposit funds option so theres nothing there to steal, even then its not without risk if they repeatedly try to tap it and you have money put in at some point, theyll get it, and theres no way anyone will charge it back because they launder their stolen moneys. but i dont feel bad for people that lose all their money to these mmo scammers, because youre stupid enough to do it in the first place, you had it coming, if you end up bankrupt and destitute dont expect me to pee on you to put a fire out =p
