Can someone tell me a good gaming pc to get on newegg for around 500-700$ that will run ff14 quite well and is upgradeable? I have a ati 4850 graphics atm that I could switch into the new pc. (ps I suck with pc specs, thats why im asking)

Any chance that, aside from your graphics card, you can tell us what exactly is in your PC at the moment so we can decide whether any of those parts are usable?
Your price range is fairly low for an entirely new PC, though you do have the graphics card, as you state, which will be very helpful in the long run, but perhaps you may have other components that are doable.
oh ok yes sure just a sec

there we go, i plan on upgrading the new one with ram and new graphics and stuff, just wanna make sure the core stuff is good (the stuff that isnt as ez to buy and install and ram and graphics, like processor and motherboard.)
bump trump
If you can get away from Vista and go 7 I am definately gonna suggest that. 7 will actually call it the next day unlike Vista which leaves barely bus fare on the nightstand.

If it doesn't have to be from Newegg i would recommend to check out CyberPower they have really nice Configurations
The one for the Intel I5 system starts at about 600bucks and is decent enough u might have to upgrade the grafikcard (5770 is not too expansive and still lots of power)
I would go with the I7 configuration tho this way u can upgrade to the 6 core processors in the future
The AMD systems r even cheaper but i dont know enough about them to say if its a good deal or not.

Once upon a time I got a cyberpower box, they are not bad and as long as you are bringing your own vid card and monitor you might be able to squeek out 700 worth that is a good runner. Just make sure you get a roomy box for upgrades, space is your friend.

i just said newegg cause i thought thats the cheapest place to buy em
PM me your email.
He who keeps his cool best wins.
It is, if you're set on building it yourself, NewEgg is your friend. CyberPower, they build it for you, but the price is not very much more expensive than if you would have gotten the parts at NewEgg. Just that, their configurations aren't always the best.
I've delat with cyberpower in the past i would not reccommend that headache out to anyone. 1200$ for a new PC came, cpu had cruched pins, Power was dented and optic drive carved discs. tech support was rude and unhelpful.
