SE denying the existance of the fatigue system?

So apparently this article states the SE denies the existance of a "fatigue" system. Is this a joke?

    The situation has reached a point where Tanaka believes that what people are criticizing is nothing like the system as it is in the actual game. Furthermore, the last line states that he believes too many people are just coming up with what they think fatigue might be and making the situation even worse.

     

    thats the only intelligent information i found in your link, lots of unbridled speculation and unjustified bitching hehe, go figure one of the guys in charge of the game is calling you guys out on your crap!

    Heh, I was actually in favor of some kind of limitation factor. :D

    I personally wouldn't care much, as I need to get out more and diversify anyways. Whatever they wana call it, I hope it works out well.

    well i dont know about you but im not in the beta and havent played that game at all, and havent talked with anyone that can actually prove theyve played it.  so until theres some actual hands on facts for me to look at well i call shennanigans on all the criers!

     I think people are thinking its worse than what it will be at release. and thent he people cancling there pre orders because of some misunderstanding or change they havent made yet. will feel pretty stupid after said fact. but who knows
