I've wanted to do this for ages. I want you to post your most hated mob and why. Describe your experiences with this mob. All of us play different MMO's, so be descriptive!

The mob I hate the most is named "Sakdizzle" It's an ugly forum troll, that spams useless threads at ya'.
Just kidding, I don't know.

Crabs. FFXI Crabs. No matter where you went it seemed, there were always crabs. As a low level you'd find them pretty fast on your way to your first group leveling on either side of the world. You'd grind them there in groups. Just outside of Jeuno, you'd grind crabs for even more levels. Once you grow up, you fight still more crabs. Not just crabs, but the same crab. Same look, same color (I think a few were brown rather than blue maybe), same size usually. There were crabs on the beaches; in the mountains; inside giant trees; in the jungle; inside caves; in the tundra; in forests; damn near everywhere! Later on, there was a particularly valuable rare drop from a rare crab. Yup, the same damned crab, just slightly bigger. When you undertook leveling a new job, or a sub-job what'd you kill an ungodly number of all over again? You guessed it! CRABS!!!1!11 Hell, I even remember solo farming a rare spawn crab long ago on my bard that had some rare/ex drop I'd wanted for a different job.
Loved FFXI to death, but man I still have nightmares about all the crabs. If I end up in FFXIV, I sure as hell hope they have a bit better variety over XI.
Aw hell, I even found super-awesome rare crab of uber death:

What is a cynic? A man who knows the price of everything and the value of nothing.

My most hated mob?
Spiders.
Not in any specific game, spiders as a whole, why does every freakin MMO have to have giant spiders? I've even found giant spiders in Sci-Fi games...
?!W!H!Y!?
SPIDERS SUCK!
I've wanted to say that for so long, but never had a suitable place, thank you OP.
*Goes into a corner to cool down*
Sorry but they really bother me...
EDIT: Shiymmas, that was honestly the best post I have ever seen. You win.

Hermit Crabs from Fallen Earth.
Even though you make sure you are quite a distance away when you start salvaging, them seem to detect it and before you know it you got 4 of the buggers on you! And they must also have horse detection, the ammount of times....grrrr!!!
Also back in the days of EQ2 pre expansions, that rare griffen in Thundering Steppes - think its bloodtalon or grimfeather....Over a damn week on and off waiting for spawn!!!!!!

Have to say my least favourate [tho very rewarding loot wise] are Sleepers from EvE.
Damn things just love to play smart, as they love to switch targets to the healers and buffers of the groupe which can mess things up.
Another great example of Moore's Law. Give people access to that much space (developers and users alike) and they'll find uses for it that you can never imagine. "640K ought to be enough for anybody" - Bill Gates 1981
Wolves in Fallen Earth because they are unnecessarily loud and they make a piercing yelp noise.
There isn't a "right" or "wrong" way to play, if you want to use a screwdriver to put nails into wood, have at it, simply don't complain when the guy next to you with the hammer is doing it much better and easier. - Allein

There was some kind of mob, I can't recall the name, in Ryzom. They are ugly, big, insectoid beast, they populate a lot the planet. They made a noise so irritating and constant that made me quit the game.
Hand of Artemis boss from CoX or Maser Illusionist also from CoX . Nothing like defuff, slow immob etc. etc.

Keep them rolling, I enjoy reading fellow MMO gamer experiences!
So am I the only one who hates Murlocs?
I played WoW back in 05 and I hated the little buggas >.>

I'm with you Frog... Murlocs are my most hated mob.
why? this attack en masse... and sometimes call friends or run to get them.
As horde..its the rams in alterac valley..they are pretty annoying
Goblin magicians in FFXI well better say goblins as a whole.
How I hate those little buggers.
The invisible wargs (or were they spiders? bad memory) in the Angmar region, from Lord of the Rings Online. I hated those things. You're happily riding along toward your location then bam, you're knocked off your horse, it bites your ankles so you're moving slow, dragging yourself along trying to ignore them, getting adds as they get closer to other mobs, so you eventually have to turn around and waste your time fighting stuff you really didn't want to be fighting.
After you kill them, you jump on your horse, ride 20 feet then have it happen all over again! Argh! Most irritating things ever.
The apw boss CORE in vanguard saga of heroes. I hate it!
I have to agree with Luxumaru..... Spiders from any mmo I have ever played, also the more pretty the game, the better the graphics the more real the spiders look and the less I want to play once I meet one of the things!
I remember trying Lineage 2 once and near a starter town there is a set of tunnels and some quests for it... Guess what mobs were in there?
MASSIVE HAIRY SPIDERS
Not just a few but hundreds, no maybe thousands or millions of them, it sure felt like the devs had set the area on infinite spawn rate..... As a mature gamer who is reasonably well adjusted what do you think I did?
Quit game right there, no way was I going to risk having to level and grind my way up using realistic looking hairy spiders...
The dreaded Marlboro from FF10 and every other FF game i would post a pic but am having issues with that
Those Arachnevil spider mobs in Lineage 1, as soon as they enter your view (the game was top-down view) they attack, and they walk faster than you. They're living nightmares for new players.
Oh my spiders in Lineage 2 scared me to death so many times.
Javings in Ryzom. Those flying mobs make you drop your weapon from time to time. incredibly annoying.
Someone was talking about crabs in FF Xi. I agree they were everywhere. Let's hope Ff XIV has better mob diversity.
your avatar is cute..I Braid!

Why no green-text my amphibious friend?
My most hated mob? Anything elemental in Vanguard. Playing as a necro, most of my spells heal the buggers and they have lots and lots of hit points...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Ugnoff Toestubber.
Hate that bastard.
