I am really getting tired of the quality of the support SV has to offer. For the monthly subscription price which is above any other MMO they sure do not bother to keep the quality of their support equal to the price.. I've now been stuck in game for 9 hours. No reply on the GM ticket. No reply on IRC. What the heck?!
I understand if I am the only one having that problem, however I every day see people complaining about almost non existent support ingame. All the GMs except for two are volunteers, this is how another volunteer mod replied to complains:
"<@Talwin> Always remember that counselors are spending their free time to help, they are not paid, like Moderators. So if none of are on, don't insult them. If they help you, be nice to them and thankful that some are willing to spend their free time to help you ingame."
Excuse me? I should be thankful for being able to receive support to play the game I am paying for? What a bunch of crap.. Which brings up another topic, why should another customers take care of forum modding? I think it is just fair to demand non biased and professional modding instead of the amateur one they provide, both on IRC and forums for the money I am paying to SV. There are endless examples of mods just banning/kicking because they dislike you/topic, not to mention that MO gets a new mod almost every week..
I am posting this here because it would just get silenced on MO forums, while hopefully someone important enough from SV will read this here and get some thoughts.

Pretty bad, paying for a game should mean proper hired support. Although don't rage on the volunteers, it must suck for them.
not sure if you have tried this but a lot of time when you get stuck you can log out, then when you log back in as soon as the spinnig sword screen comes on you start spamming the forward and jump keys. this 99% of the time will teleport you out of the "stuck" spot. it's worked for me every time.
as for SV support.....well yea they dont even have money to finish their game what to talk about support. i'm still playing but only because there is absolutely nothing else that interests me out there right now.

Like I said for the main topic here, it's bad they only have a couple of GMs. As for the OP hyjacking his own topic with his updated link, hardily any of that posted is true. Butthurt guildleader/volunteer is butthurt. Although yes there is some truth in there which is bad.
Thorppes the only butthurt I have is that I didn't have a Kaylem/Councelor Theia in my guild like you; who designs the Huergar Caves for free then talks the enviromental designer into redesigning his guild's little valley to include a keep spot + 400% more granum + little roads to help roleplay a nice medieval town atmosphere.

What I find amazing is that the same people that scream for "proof" then want every shread of the proof to be deleted from the forums....
Whatever.. enough folks have seen what is really going on with MO "Customer Support" by now that there is no putting the genie back in the bottle.

@ OP: I'm a bit surprised that you are subscribed, as you have been pretty critical/negative towards MO on this forum.
Could you be more specific about what you mean by "I've now been stuck in game for 9 hours." Are you actually in game and stuck on the geography? Are you stuck on the loading screen, staring at the spinning sword? Are you not able log in to your account?
If you are literally "in game" and stuck on the geography, I can confirm Jackdstripper's suggestion does work.
For anything else, submit a support ticket and do something else for a while. You don't need to be online for them to address it. Here's the link (http://www.mortalonline.com/support/) just in case this isn't what you meant by "GM ticket"

Just goes to show that sometimes moderator just have to make a judgement call that some content is just not appropriate for forum discussion. That is true on the MO official forum and here.The moderators opinion of what is appropo will have some type of bias, but so will yours.
P.P.S. cirsyndic, I thought the whole "scandal?" hinged on the fact that you were a GM and bibi was head counselor. (presuming cirsyndic is synic in the CIR guild)
P3S You might want to be careful accusing people of cheating. It's generally frowned on by the moderators.
I was stuck in geography, and yes, the trick worked. As for the [MOD edit], he removed the link to the known pastebin document. I guess they dont want to have such scandals on their forums, which is shame but fair enough. However I do often stumble upon mods in IRC being highly biased or calling" trolling" or anything that doesn't fits their views, and you know that happens fairly often lately.
