Why didnt Blizzard release WOW worldwide like SOE did with EQII image

I bought EQII cos WOW wasnt available & now it's in my recycle bin & on the bookshelf. (poor soloing) (no PvP) (everquesting getting on my tits) (etc etc)

When will WOW be released in Europe it's killing me waiting for the darn thing.

Ahh well image

    I think WoW was brought out early in the US to compete with the release of EQII. No release date as of yet for retail WoW in Europe. Blizzard are going to release the date for Final Beta in Europe any day now, so worth checking their European Beta site often.

    Don't get your hopes up mate, I doubt there'll be a release date until the day they release Final Beta. The same goes for Final Release and the copies start arriving to us. Probably we'll get our copies of the game waaay before they put up any info on the EU website. I wouldn't be the least surprized if the dates we are all waiting for appear on US site before the EU one image
