in Final Fantasy XIV

So between the two editions does the onion helm or the goggles seem like a better ingame item. Personnaly i want both for the fashion choices but if you had to pick one which would you pick?

 

The goggles increase skill progression speed.

 

Helm reduces res sickness duration.

    I've been following my download a bit too much. ;-)

     

    Goggles FTW! I don't think I'll die that much since I'll be with a big group all the time. Rez sickness isn't that bad either...

    I'd like both. The goggles look pretty sweet, but the helm will last longer.

    When I went to gamestop to preorder the CE, the man behind the desk told me that I would get both items in-game. I don't necesarrily believe him, but not entirely sure it couldn't be possible.

    I hear that the rez sickness only lasts a few minutes, based on the information provided by some of the beta players. Considering that, I would probably consider the goggles a better deal out of the two, but still CE does offer other goodies as well such as the extended play time that I can't ignore.

    Nah, the guys didn't know what he was talking about. SE stated that you only get one or the other.

    Just pre-ordered my CE with the helm, i kinda wanted the goggles but as i also wanted the othet stuff in the CE i went ahead and spent the extra. Gonna be sporting my very unfashionable helmet for a bit

    I got preorderd both CE and standard, I'll know which one to choose after a week and which ones going on ebay. lol

    The helm seems better, expecially if your gonna have any

    kind of fatigue on the skill ups.    So faster might not actually be better, it just might save a little time.

    There is no rush its a PvE game.... so none of these items are required.

    Depends on if the goggles are an item with charges.
