Which server?

in Final Fantasy XIV

I'm trying to figure out which server to choose from.

I'm looking for a EU server and I don't want to select a US server by mistake. Or is that not possible?

 

These are a few of the selectable servers: Besaid, Mysidia, Figaro, Lindblum, Gysahl. All of them have 1 chocobo except for Mysidia. I'm taking that's the 'most popular' server right now?

    Servers aren't region specific. You play with everybody.

    Any idea which server is the most populated as of now? I do not want to be playing on an empty server.
