Ashen Empires was acquired by Iron Will Games, from the hands of TKO Software, the company responsible for Dransik's death, and AE's near demise. As you may or not have known, Ashen Empires was the follow-up of Dransik; basically it was Dransik, but with isometric graphics. Co-founder of IWG is Doug Gesler, one of the original members of Dransik's development team.
