Last time I was tehre I often saw a lot of loading screens for nearly anything....
As for the loading screens: Hard to tell this far for the most arias I had none, only if there started a really instanced Event, but the leeves for example seem to be partly instanced for your targets but do not have a loading screen. At least that was my impression. Aside of that pretty long loading when you first log in but after that there not seem to be much or any for the normal world bigger areas. Not sure about some caves anyway.
Instead of Immersion Killing screens which say "Loading..."
You now get Immersion Killing canyons (Copy & Pasted) which add an additional 120 seconds to your journey as you meander through thier thin, maze-like interior. These rock faces are between every large zone, and create a clear wall between one section to the next. Honestly I'd perfer the load screens over the stupid excuse for 'seamless transitons'.
There are alot of walls.... Its not an "open"world. The forest area map looks like a labyrinth, with some small fields, instead of a real forest with trees. Also from all the ridges and hills you can't jump off. There are instances with introduction movies, witch load very slow. Its made for a console and Its not very immersive. But this is only 5 hours into beta and things might change and the world opens up?

Apparently there's some zoning, but I can tell you, they are very rare!
