Error Black Screen Pops up everytime i try to run FFXIV

Hey guys, im been trying to start up FFXIV for a while now, but i cant seem to get it to work.

Everytime i try to run it this error message pops up, no matter how i try to change the setting or stuff it wouldnt go away

Does any1 have a clue why this is happening??

 

P.S. Im currently using Window 7, 32bits

And i dont think its that my computer didnt reach the minimum requirement.

Heres my Specs:

Intel Core i7 720QM(1.6GHz)

4GB DDR3

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 57301GB DDR3 VRAM
