I really don't know what to say... they might not be the top marketeers but they do know where to put a 100mil to make a game... that is a lot of features...
so, 2 raid dungeons, unspecified numbers of open world raid bosses, rift raids, dungeons, heroic versions of all dungeons at launch... and we haven't even heard anything about PvP content yet...

It does seem to be quite alot of content.
About PVP: there will definately be pvp servers. There will be battlegrounds/minigames with CTF gameplay hinted so far. There is also a zone / war zone, where the two factions quarrel, though unknown to what kind of pvp is in there.
I really really hate the token system though.
I agree it was easier for casuals etc and you didn't have to grind months for stuff you wanted when they implemented it in wow.
But it was basically the cornerstone for dungeon grinding and that in a way made wow even more of a lobby game and bore. SO I hope Rift is not doing exactly the same thing.
EVerything else looks awesome though!
If you read the IRC chats the guy who is at PAX And confirmed that they are going to have a token system mentions that its only going to be for a limited amount of stuff and that scott says they want to make raid gear feel epic like it did in EQ1.
The game was a lot of fun to demo. It was very familiar territory as far as movement and UI is concerned but I never felt like it was ripping off another game...oh hey, look! A 500lb gorilla!
