beta site weirdness

in Final Fantasy XIV

I just logged in to my OB account and the system logged me in as someone else?!?  I mean a totally different person account shows up. Ive never heard of this peson either. Man this does NOT inspire confidence.  What should i do?

woah .. the account name  is changing each time I navigate to a new page.

    i cant seem to access any way to report this bug. Ive  now gone through 7 different peoples account.. welcome "NAME"

    with access to profiles and account info.
