how do you change resolution to full screen?

Go into the game directory and look for an app called FFXIVConfig or something like that. It opens the configuration settings that lets you change resolution, graphics setting, sound and controller config.

Full screen may not be the best option right now. If you alt-tab while in full screen its a guarenteed crash. I have just been playing window which is the same size as my desktop.
