Why does the process for FFXIV default to low priority? I've tried changing it to normal and higher, but it always defaults back to low as soon as I go back into the game.
I'm using Windows 7 64bit

No idea. I have noticed this too, and doesn't seem to be a way to change it. If you set it above normal, it will crash it too, as far as my results have been. It might be cause it is beta.
