in Final Fantasy XIV

Ok i finished the Sin quest but i have no idea what to do now. Ive been around to every major character who ive interacted with and spoken to them but they dont have anything for me to do.

Can a 'warrior' get a job? If so where do i go?

Kinda lost here.
