So where exactly is the beta manual?

in Final Fantasy XIV

I keep hearing about the beta manual, but it is not in the file folder and typing it into google and looking around the official site has not led to it.  Can someone link to its location?

    I had the not accessible thing. Turned out I was logging into the wrong country!

    I also have been having trouble getting into the beta forums.  I just keep getting this screen that says something like, hit next if you want to go to another page.

     

    I wait for awhile. Nothing happens, so I hit next.   Takes me to log in again.  It's a circle.

    This may not apply to you, but if your in Europe, dont use the link in the email, use the eu one someone above posted.

    There is no need to log in on the actual beta test site page. (Only the one time right before it directs you there)  For some reason, it makes me log in sometimes when I click on a link there.  It's a bit glitchy.  Just refresh the page, and it should show eventually.

    I'm not sure if that clarified anything, but if it doesn't direct you to the test site page at all, it may have just been down at that time.

     I'm having this same issue.  I have tried refreshing.  I have tried different browsers.  I keep getting this neverending loop of logging in.
