Well the title is the actually question. Is tehr any offical information about how the monthly fee is paid? For example if they allow only Credit card or Bank transfer or a service like Paypal? I searched for some information but sadly had not really much luck.

    Ah thank you, looks like there is really not much official around about this that far. And yes the second one even as he did mean it good not really read the question. :)
