CE and beta questions

Hi everybody,

I have troubles getting into beta. I created my account here http://www.square-enix.com/eu/en/ few months back because I wanted for my account to be ready to have the exclusive bonus when FFXIV comes out but now I cant sign for beta. I am 100% sure I got my password and nickname right but when I click on sign in the site just refreshes. Here are some facts that could help solve the problem :

I am from Europe (Czech Republic) so is my acc.

I was using Chrome and Firefox

I used foreign email adress that usual in my country www.seznam.cz

I have Norton 360 installed (if there could be some security mixup

I tried to write different password to see what happens and then it warned me that nick or pass is wrong but when I write it right whole site just refreshes without saying anything and the pass and nick column stay filled.

 

Now the question about CE.

I would want CE mainly for the 8 day head start,but around the shops I can put preorder only for normal edition. So I wanted to ask someone who lives in my country (czech republic) how to preorder it to get it very closely or on launch day. Please dont suggest amazon because for startes I have bad experience with them and I checked their rates. The FFXIV preorder is for 40 pounds and if I wanted express delivery I would have to pay around another 40. Good would be digital version but that one I cant see anywhere neither.
