Help me with Crafting please

I have been trying to find out how to do these local Levequests for crafting "trying to do armor and blacksmithing", but I have no

idea how to even get them to start.I I when to Camp Black Brush in Ul'dah after grabing them where I thought I could

start them, and even spoke to the person around the camp. He tells me to start making the items for the quest. It also tells me

that I got the required material, but there not even in my bag........

My quest never really starts, im so lost and confused on what to do. =/

so in the chat window. All I do is click where it said requested items?

will a window pop up after clicking it?

 

and i know about the "home" "synth"
