Crafting explained

Practice makes perfect people. Unlike so many mainstream games that let you suceed just about 95% of the time, crafting in FFXIV is different. It requires alot of patience and paying attention to what you are doing. The guys at core were nice enough to get some sort of explaination on how crafting works in FFXIV.
